DVR alert: from 8 p.m. (Eastern) tonight to 6 a.m. tomorrow morning, Turner Classic Movies is playing the entire Lord of the Rings film trilogy directed by Peter Jackson in full HD (where available). This is one of the few true classics of the past decade or two of U.S. cinema, and is a must-see even if you’ve already seen it.
