While countless households struggle to make ends meet, Texas taxpayers have been forced to help pay for a very dubious film by the talented but wildly inconsistent director Robert Rodriguez. The movie allegedly glorifies race war so openly that crew members are concerned about it. Story here.
Oh great! Another film that plays on people’s emotions rather than the facts. And they say films should be “politically correct” so as not to offend anyone. This film certainly is anything but politically correct. Sure it will use the action to draw viewers but at the same time it will spread a very bad message to the public about the current situation. I bet if the protagonists were Neo-nazis going after minority groups, it would be different story. Well Mr. Rodriguez, as much as I am a fan of your films, I’m afraid I draw the line on this one. You only proven that you’re the flip side of the white racist and if you’re trying to project a message that says this is not the way, well the way you projected it is certainly NOT the WAY!
Just what we need more reverse racism. This is no different from Birth of a Nation where the KKK were viewed as heroes. People have to wise up and realize that it’s not about race but being their illegally. I agree with the guy in the clip about concentrating more on Mexico’s corrupt society which is the root cause for illegals to cross the boarder and now gangs have followed as well. Wise up people, I bet you wouldn’t want it if strangers barged into your house and made it their own.
